After the sudden death of my partner, I had to move. Some find comfort by staying in the family home, I did not – too close, too raw, too much.
Before leaving I walked around the house, capturing glimpses of lives lived. This series of photographs is the result of a frozen moment, a residue of the past to carry with me.
And I turned away into a new now.
